Contract take great care and responsibility to ensure the safety of all our students regardless of age and ability.

Contract have put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19 (Risk Assessment  updated 09/04/2021); however, Contract cannot guarantee that you/your child(ren) will not become infected with COVID-19.

When attending CGFC you will be asked to sign a waiver that will capture your name, contact number and the time you arrive/leave.

You will also be asked to agree to the following...

I understand that gym and fitness activities involve physical contact and that my participation might result in serious injury, including permanent disability or even death, and severe social and economic loss.

 

I will NOT attend Contract Gym and Fitness Centre or Contract Wrestling Academy if I am showing any signs of Covid-19 as outlined here.

I must notify Contract Gym and Fitness Centre and NHS Track and Trace if I display any symptoms of

Covid-19 after attending a gym or class session.

Here at Contract we take the privacy of our members data seriously and will only use your personal information for club administration purposes and for communicating with you about your membership. Only Contract Staff will be able to access your details. Contract will use your data to communicate with you about your membership. We will never share or sell your data without your prior permission.
